    • Custom & Bespoke Goods: Personalized items, custom-monogrammed bag charms, made-to-order glitter heels, and opened DIY Craft Kits (due to loose crystal/pearl component counts) are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or structurally defective.

    Refund Processing

    • Inspection & Notification: Once your returned item arrives at our facility, our quality team will inspect it and notify you of the approval status.
